Yes Hotel Rome

This hotel was beyond my expectation, friendly staff, renovated, very clean, and minutes away from restaurants, bank, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, and train station. I would suggest this hotel to anyone.

left my jewellery box behind and a cleaner handed it to reception. It contained very sentimental necklaces and I am very grateful to the cleaner for her honesty. Saturday 12/13 July.

We've stayed at the hotel this July. We have had one room for 4 persons, we had two large double beds. I was complitely satisfied with this hotel, with staff (English speaking). The room was even better than I've been imaging. Very clean, very comfortable, modern atmosphere! Certanly, I would advice this hotel to everyone!

staffs are helpful and friendly, rooms are very clean and tidy with a convinent location in a reasonable price, I would suggest my frd to choose this hotel and will stay with yes hotel again if I come over again.

Overall I had an excellent experience with the stuff. They were very helpful, very friendly, and very pleasant. Whenever I had a question they did not only give me directions, but they also followed up to see how it went. That is quite unique among hotels such as Yes. And my comparison is similar hotels in France, Portugal, Spain, etc etc. The breakfast service is very good. The room was sparkling clean every day. Thank you!

Dear Sirs,
I have just returned from a stay at your excellent hotel which I enjoyed immensely. All of your staff members were very kind to me and I hope to return some day. I would just like to say one thing. When I had used only 1 towel all 3 towels were taken away for laundry. This is a waste of money, water, detergent, energy and time. The fashion in Irish Hotels now is to leave a card in the room requesting the guest to decide about towels. Towels left on the floor are then taken away for laundry but towels left folded on a shelf are not. This reduces the costs for the hotel and is also better for the environment.
I think you might save a lot of money if you tried to do this.
I hope I see you again in the future.

E' stato un vero piacere soggiornare presso il vostro hotel,posizione strategica per visitare i maggiori luoghi d'interesse.Il personale molto gentile,ambiente nuovissimo..moderno..accogliente e curato nei particolari.Le camere molto pulite..e l'aria condizionata utile in queste calde giornate romane.Ottima e completa la colazione.
Ottimo il rapporto qualita' -prezzo.
Tutto questo fa dell'hotel Yes una piccola "perla" nel centro di Roma..e senza nessuna esitazione saremo vostri ospiti nelle nostre successive vacanze romane..

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We toured Italy for 2 1/2 weeks, spending the last four nights in Rome at your hotel. We really couldn't have asked for a location so convenient to the rail and bus lines. The new, modern feel of the hotel was very nice. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to others.

I would just like to say how welcomed my daughter felt when we walked into your hotel. Your front desk individuals, Marcello and Ilian were fantastic.

After having a rude experience with a cab driver scamming us right away when we got off the train station, we were warmly welcomed to Rome by Marcello and Ilian. They not only were friendly and helpful, but very sincere. They went beyond their request whenever we would ask for something - they definitely are two valued people in your organization.

Thanks for giving Rome another chance with us. Your hotel was also very convenient and clean. We also felt safe and secure.

Just returned fro 3 days on Rome, what a fantastic experience. We have no faults at all with the hotel, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms was great, small but that was fine as were were out most of the time the room and the hotel very clean. The hotel got very central location, but still relatively quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern but still comfortable, clean and breakfast for a few days stay fine. After that could be bit more vairy. The only small thing which was unpleasant is the door, that is heavy and by closing very noisy. So next time I'd wish one of the rooms not that close to the main doors which leads to the building with guest rooms. Generaly very good choise, we will come again.
